You can place your orders online on our website to addresses within the UAE.

Deliveries will be within specific period of time ( up to 2 days ) , While we try to ensure that we deliver within the promised time, all orders are subject to slight delays during peak/ sale periods etc. In such case, you will receive a call from our agent to inform you about the same.

Return Policy

Returns and Exchange Policy

We have a 5-day return policy , returns are subjected to Terms and conditions .

Terms and Conditions for all Returns/Exchange

All products must have the original order confirmation and in accordance with these terms and conditions:

• Unaltered, unused and in full saleable condition
• In their original packaging/box/dust-cover and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached. Authenticity cards, where provided, should also be returned (damaged boxes may prevent re-sale and the refund will only be processed as per our discretion)
• Products required specific storage condition returned/exchanged once purchased .
• For safety reasons, all electrical items must be returned with all accessories and original seal intact
• Hygiene products cannot be returned/exchange if used
• Open and used items cannot be returned/exchanged once purchased .
• Fragrances, Skincare, cosmetics, make-up and hair-care must be returned unused, unopened and in their original packaging (as received) otherwise they will not be accepted
• Perfume product(s) cannot be returned/exchanged once purchased.
• Items with special discounts / offers cannot be returned/exchanged once purchased
• Returns can be done if exchange with other items is not possible .
• We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse future orders from customers with high number of returns
• Delivery charges / pick up charges will be applied for returned items.
